15-day Replacement
Within 15 days of the receipt of the knife, if it breaks due to a documented manufacturing defect, we will replace the broken knife with the identical or equal product (if the same one is out of stock).

5-Year Free Repair
We will repair a knife free of charge within 5 years of purchase if problems develop with normal use. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, disassembling and other man-made damage, normal wear and tear, or color abrasion. The holster and other accessories are not covered by this guarantee.

Lifetime Maintenance

If repair is required after 5 years from the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is dictated by the cost of the replaced materials.

1-YEAR Free Repair Service
Within 1 year from the date you receive the product, any defective material or function will be repaired or replaced.

Free repair service DOES NOT cover:

  • Normal wear, including less sharpness, surface scratches, color fading, component loosing off, material aging, etc.
  • Accessories, like sheath, clip or other consumable components of the main product;
  • Improper use or abuse of products, like hacking, chopping, prying, swatting, or cutting hard material;
  • Disassemble or DIY by users themselves without authorization;
  • Damage resulting from lack of maintenance or being stored or used in damp environment;
  • Corrosion damage.


Limited Lifetime Warranty
After 1 year from the date you receive your product, we will offer repair service either free or for a nominal charge based on the repairs made.
